Dr. Kathryn Dalton “Dr. Kate”, a board-certified general surgeon and cosmetic surgeon with over a decade of experience, earned her medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her General Surgery residency at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital/Michigan State University. Dr. Dalton is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery in General Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. Completed her Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship in Chattanooga, Tennessee, under the best surgeons in the country, expanding her expertise to offer procedures such as Mommy Makeovers, Tummy Tucks, Breast Augmentation, and more!
Dr. Dalton holds courtesy privileges at Beth Israel Hospital in Plymouth, MA, and has been a national clinical speaker for Myriad Genetics on hereditary cancer syndromes and breast cancer genomic testing. She is passionate about regenerative medicine and a member of the American College of Regenerative Medicine. Dr. Dalton's journey into aesthetics began while practicing as a trauma and general surgeon in the Metro Detroit area. After being recruited to Cape Cod Hospital and practicing from 2015 to 2020 as the medical director of the High-Risk Breast program and Women's Health, she was inspired by her patients' inquiries about cosmetic procedures. She then pursued additional training in minimally invasive and non-invasive aesthetic services, eventually founding Cape Cod Surgical Arts and MediSpa.
Committed to work-life balance and quality patient care, she now dedicates her time to her aesthetics practice and Dalton Medical Group, providing top-notch general surgery services.
Dr. Kate's philosophy emphasizes mind-body-spirit integration and promoting quality of life. She is an active community member, volunteering and speaking locally and nationally on women's health and aesthetics. Dr. Dalton is known for her energy, passion, and sense of humor, creating a supportive environment at Cape Cod Surgical Arts and MediSpa. Dr. Kate has hired, trained, and vetted an incredible team of professionals, and together, they provide a supportive and compassionate environment where patients feel attended to and cared for.
Along with numerous Community Service and Service Excellence awards, her clinical interests include cosmetic surgery, breast surgery, minimally invasive abdominal surgery, genetic counseling, and women's health.
Dr. Kate is affiliated with Drs. Lowney and Tolomeo at Advanced Body Sculpting of New England and performs cosmetic surgery at their office in Fall River, Massachusetts.
Dr. Kate enjoys family time, beach outings, boating, and painting outside of medicine, reflecting her vibrant and multifaceted personality.

Being in the beauty industry for over eight years, she has extensive and professional knowledge in skin care. Her education began at Empire Beauty School, where she obtained a cosmetology license and worked as a hair and make-up artist for special events.
Her clients were most interested in her recommendations regarding skin care, which inspired her to attend Spa Tech Institute of Advanced Aesthetics.
Before coming to Cape Cod Aesthetics and MediSpa, she worked at various spas throughout Cape Cod and in Plymouth. She fell in love with her client's reactions to healthier skin results, then decided to learn even more!
She attended the National Laser Institute in Boston and became laser-certified. She completed courses in laser safety, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, intense pulsed light (IPL) photo facials, nonablative skin resurfacing, radio frequency microneedling, skin tightening, cellulite reduction, body contouring, and sculpting.
She has a special interest in nutrition, wellness, and allergies, as they affect skin health. She is most passionate about fixing the effects of acne, scars, stretch marks, pigmentation, and acts of aging to improve one's confidence and self-esteem.
She enjoys her favorite job in her spare time: being a mother.

Vanessa Lawrence, our new client coordinator and receptionist, is a native of Falmouth, MA. She achieved a B.A. in Communication Studies from Bridgewater State University after graduating from Falmouth High School.
While in college, Vanessa achieved the award for 2nd runner-up Miss Massachusetts USA. After this, she signed with New England's top modeling and acting agency, Maggie Inc. She has modeled for brands such as Neiman Marcus, Reebok, Harper's Bazaar, Calvin Klein, and Lord and Taylor's. She's been seen modeling on MTV, BET, Spike TV, and The Style Network. She's also acted in movies alongside Bruce Willis, Matthew McConaughey, Jada Pinkett, and Annette Benning.
Vanessa has over fifteen years of experience working in the beauty and wellness industry, working at G Spa on Newbury Street in Boston, doing professional makeup for MAC Cosmetics, and being a brand ambassador for Beauty Counter. She has done makeup all around the country and has worked and lived in Los Angeles, California, doing skincare education and property management. She loves the beauty industry and is excited to be back on the East Coast to assist Dr. Dalton at her Medispa! We are thrilled to have her as part of our team!
